Empty Checking #11 - October 3, 2010

Okay...here we go.  Got a lot of ground to cover in this one.  Discussed all the stuff I listed on last-week's non-cast, plus a bunch of new stuff.  Hope you enjoy it.  Plus...lots of swear words!  :)

Took a bunch of extra pictures for some reason.  So there's a bunch of them after the link.  I'm captioning them too, just for the fun of it.

Enjoy!

Assorted stuff I bought about two weeks ago.

THIS week's assorted stuff.  Except that copy of "The Great Race" isn't new...just needed it there since I mentioned it.

Merch from the Drive-By Truckers show.  As a side note, the Henry Clay People were great, too!

Shots from the DBT show, from my phone.  Left -- Patterson Hood.  Middle -- One of my beers.  I threw down THREE of those. Right -- Patterson and Mike Cooley.

Stuff in my bathroom. Left to right, from top to bottom: My awesome towels, the shower enclosure, my mirror, my bathmat and floor tiles, my awesome shelf that I installed myself, and an awesome picture of wine in an awesome frame.

Forecast:
  • Hoping to keep in a light week.  Gonna be some comic books...but otherwise, I know I've got a Leonard Cohen CD coming in the mail, and I think I'm going to pick up a book...but that'll probably be it.  And honestly, I should really count some of that on THIS week's podcast since it's already in the mail.  :)
