Episode 196: The Old Watchy-Talkies

It's the first new episode of the year! And we're starting off on a cheery foot by paying tribute to David Lynch, Tony Slattery, and Bob Uecker...but then we talk about In & Out, The 4:30 Movie, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, and Moonage Daydream. I think you'll like it, if you'll take the time. Thanks!

Here's your cover photo, you needy weirdo (which is entirely my base and also how I personally identify).

Here's at least MOST of my David Lynch collection. (I'd have sworn I had a copy of Lost Highway around here, though?)

This is the signed bat I mentioned in the show! Since the time of recording, I have "acquired" it...

And here's a picture of Dad with Bob. You can see that Bob is really excited to meet him and hear his story...

I liked it. Get some fucking joy in your life, gatekeeper.

I didn't love it...but I also enjoyed it... Split opinion.

Kevin Smith, meet Ready Player One...

This movie means a lot to me and might even be foundational to my beliefs about gay people, and I don't feel like I got any of that across in the episode, so here's me writing it now.
