This blog has been just SITTING here since 2008. It had a complete archive of my blogging up until that point...but that archive is available at my regular blog at Wordpress, so it seemed silly to just have this one here hosting what is hosted elsewhere (and I've deleted it from here, as a result). I decided that I either needed to delete it or DO SOMETHING with it. So, here's what I'm going to do.
In recent weeks, I've decided to start up a (weekly?) podcast where I sit and babble about recent purchases I've made. I've got a page for it on my Wordpress blog, but I'm also going to be posting it here. The posts here will have a little bit more "visual" information (text and pics) and I'm going to try to come up with some other stuff to make coming to this site a little bit more interesting...maybe some posts about stuff that's coming out that I'm excited about or posts about stuff I'm buying that don't fit into the "entertainment" category.
So...basically, you can consider this the FULL version of "Empty Checking." It also exists at Wordpress, but Wordpress has proven themselves to be kind of limiting in recent days...and also, I've got so much on that page, it's looking a little cluttered.
...and that's what's going on.
